Beijing Shell Lubricant Specialty Store, established on April 17, 1995, is one of the earliest authorized lubricant retail agencies of Shell (China) Co., Ltd. in Chinese Mainland. As the only dealer in China named after Shell, it exclusively distributes the full range of Shell industrial lubricant products. Its operations span major industrial zones in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, as well as key coal and coal chemical industries in Shanxi, Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, and Xinjiang, with collaborations from multiple central enterprises. The mature DCC telemarketing team has developed a standardized call center system to precisely target potential clients, cultivating a vast high-quality zero-credit customer database through over a decade of dedicated efforts. In response to the national "Belt and Road" initiative, the company now provides long-term lubrication services for overseas construction projects in Papua New Guinea, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Hong Kong, and parts of Africa. To date, it has over 2,000 registered clients and collaborates with Shell (China) Co., Ltd. in various fields such as Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) and the "Smart Industrial Management Platform.".

Pre-sales
- Lubrication Survey: Understand the customer’s equipment usage and lubrication maintenance conditions;
- Oil Product Recommendations: Based on the equipment OEM recommendations and equipment lubrication survey results, we develop more targeted oil usage plans for our customers.
- Seminar and Training: Conduct thorough on-site exchanges with personnel responsible for the operation and maintenance of customer equipment, and provide lubricant technology and application training tailored to actual needs and customer requirements.
In-sales
- Provide equipment cleaning and oil refilling services according to customer needs.
- Establish a detailed equipment lubrication ledger for customers, recording detailed information on equipment, lubricants, and the content of each service performed.
After-sales
- Conduct regular follow-up visits and work closely with customers to perform equipment lubrication inspections.
- Provide oil sample testing based on the service intervals for different types of oil.
- Based on the customer’s oil usage conditions, provide product technology and lubrication application training.
- Organize industry seminars—specifically, holding lubrication seminars for the same and related industries at regular intervals—to help customers exchange experiences and jointly improve their equipment lubrication practices.
