Time flies—before I knew it, five years have already passed since I joined the company. During these five years, I’ve been deeply drawn to the company’s culture and humanistic spirit. From the day I first stepped into this exemplary team I’d long admired, to now fully becoming one of its members, I’ve weathered both storms and sunshine alongside the company and my team, and I feel profoundly happy and honored.
With the trust and support of my leaders, I’ve taken on the important responsibility of pioneering new markets. From Langfang to Cangzhou, facing an entirely unfamiliar environment and market, I started from scratch and gradually built up a customer base step by step. Every single step of my growth has been made possible thanks to the support of the company and my leaders.
In early 2022, during the special period of the pandemic, in order to participate in a customer bid, my two company leaders and I took the risk of driving three to four hours to visit our client. To ensure that the bid documents were delivered on time, I worked late into the night alongside General Manager Gao, even getting stuck in a traffic jam on the highway late at night for nearly two hours. All these efforts were made solely to open up new markets and expand our customer base. Seeing our leaders set an example by working tirelessly and going above and beyond, I was deeply inspired. This is the power of role models. I’m truly grateful for the continuous encouragement and support from our leaders—especially thankful!
The journey of opening up new markets is never easy. The unfamiliar environment and fierce competition make every step fraught with challenges. To win over an important client, I’ve sometimes made repeated visits only to be turned down time after time. Yet each failure has only made me more determined: as long as I don’t give up, there will always be a turning point. At the same time, I’ve deeply realized that I’m not fighting this battle alone. The trust of my leaders and the support of my team have consistently given me strength on this arduous path. It’s precisely this power of unity that has enabled me to break through difficulties time after time, ultimately opening the door to new markets and finally seeing the rainbow.
I’m grateful to the company for giving me the opportunity to explore new markets, and I’d like to thank my leaders and team for their support and companionship. Although many more challenges lie ahead, I firmly believe that as long as we keep up this spirit of hard work and keep charging forward undeterred by any obstacles, we’ll surely usher in an even brighter tomorrow!
